I visited two different postal service points, contacted the company’s customer service for assistance, and reported the return to Klarna.
At first, on the 5th of July, the order could allegedly not be delivered, as DHL informed (via tracking app) that "consignee was closed" (at 2pm, in an office building where reception is open until 9pm! ) and the order would be returned to sender (unusual: as a rule, if and when the recipient cannot be reached, a second delivery attempt is made, or recipient is notified of the delivery attempt via a postcard in the postbox).
Customer service replied that this was most unfortunate, but according to their tracking the order had been duly delivered the night before at 10:24pm, and suggested I check with the neighbours.

I responded with the explanation that there had definitely been no delivery, due to the area consisting only of office buildings, that there were no "neighbours" around that late, that DHL did not deliver that late, etc. and asked them to recheck their return packages.

Now the company is directing me to handle the issue directly with DHL, essentially outsourcing their own problem to the customer, even though they charged a return fee.
The website was easy to navigate and the payment process just as easy.
The product return turned out to be impossible.
Wide varieties, lower price and correct deliveries.
There was a bit of a hiccup with DHL but Tinybuddy handled the problem efficiently, and I always felt supported as the delivery was sorted.
The next day, I informed Tiny Buddies customer service accordingly, clarifying that no delivery had taken place, as DHL does not deliver that late, at least not in our area.
Let's see how delivery and customer satisfaction will follow.

To let people place orders with this kind of unreasonable delivery time is not ok, better to remove the item from the selection if you cannot deliver within a reasonable timeframe.
