Ordering was simple and easy online, and their staff answered all my questions with knowledge and patience.
I had called in to make sure everything was good and on schedule and it was.
Next day I got an email from the delivery company saying that the tiles would be to me tomorrow morning between 10. 30 - 11. 30.
Contacted tiles direct only to be told repeatedly I needed to check all tiles within 48 hours.
Unfortunately due to this backorder - the flat and corner pieces ended up being accidentially delivered separately - not ideal after having waited as it was.
So I ordered both online through tiles direct.
She also then followed through promptly to resolve the situation.
Had a heck of a time finding the specific tile and when I contacted a brand X company they wanted a small fortune to ship it to me.
I ordered tile I needed to reface a full fireplace - so I needed corner pieces as well as flat ones - which were a hot commodity in brick/mortar stores.

TilesDirect made sure that the correct lot number was communicated to the supplier so the material color would match.
To make matters worse, the packaging was poorly done, which likely contributed to the damaged items.
