I tried to buy tickets from them, they didn't send confirmation via email.
I had problems to complete my registration because I could not receive the required code in my phone.
A customer assistant called me and helped me with my registration and buying process all the way till the end.
I had problems registering on the platform. Sent an email.
Cannot enter ticket details to get a refund and when contacting them was told to check my junk email as an email was sent that gave a 2 week window for refund 2 weeks after I had booked my tickets!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. It feels like a scam.
Its impossible to speak to anyone there if you’re calling from outside Italy, their whole system is designed to frustrate the customer by ensuring that you spend hours on the line getting absolutely nowhere.
UPDATE: Ticketone support got back to me and is trying to solve the issue.

It’s impossible to verify a phone number.
Within 5 mins I got a call,(I am in another country and do not speak Italian), and the person calmly took me through the process and viola, I am now registered on the platform and am able to purchase tickets.

Required full bank details when ticket bought on credit card. Email looked like spam.
I asked if this could me moved and it should have been easy as there was plenty of availability at the chosen time, but all they did it was confirming that I booked for 5pm instead of 4 pm.
