The bag came in a good condition but needs some cleaning.
I contacted TVB but never got a response until I called.
Totally unprofessional company and sellers.

It’s like no one working there to get support for customers at all if you have any problems with ordering it can take up to a week then they will reply your email. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Derudover har vi forsøgt at ringe til dem på det tlfnr. 8880-8686, som de selv oplyser på deres hjemmeside, men der bliver man blot mødt af en telefonsvarer, der oplyser, at det er en "udgående linje" for Miinto (? ), som man ikke kan ringe ind på.
Also the handbag I’ve bought is in a perfect shape, so I can’t even believe that it’s from early 00s.
The box that the bag arrived in was in very poor condition and was practically open, It came with a note saying that it has been given a condition control, but no verification of authentication.
Later on I found the bag and many more from this reseller on different websites and for cheaper.
Loved my bag, the leather is dehydrated and cracked, but is fixable, nothing that wasn't mentioned in the product description.
Mine just looked like it was thrown in the box wrapped in a thin layer of tissue paper and thats it no letter, no little box.
Very disappointed and so slowwwwwww with everything since shipping and customer service.

The interior is bright yellow, clean and in perfect condition, detected a smell, but, it was also warned.
Sadly one of the bags that I ordered was canceled but I did get a full refund.
The bag i recieved is just like described and im happy with it.
The bag was sent very quickly and arrived within 4 days!

Unacceptable that you buy a very expensive bag which is so old and with leather in such a bad condition and the only response you receive is we can’t do anything.
The whole purchase - reception process took almost 15 days, which I think is acceptable.

If you subscribe to their newsletter, they just sent emails announcing discounts using codes that don't work.
For the price I got it, I don't mind taking my new bag to fix.
No help from customers service and they still have these sellers on the website… (TheBrandCollector, France & Luxxx, Poland) so be careful!!!
I recently purchased a Dior Bracelet for Christmas, and it arrived on time w/ an authenticity card - my daughter loved it.
I’d definitely recommend buying through TVB thanks to their great email communication and quick delivery.
I will never buy anything with The vintage bar anymore.
