I was after something quite exacting and detailed of my own design and I initially struggled to find a trustworthy supplier.
Absolutely lovely powder-coated steel panels, grey with a tree pattern cut out, exactly as seen on their website.
I am not happy with the quality of the gates, I have double gates and they feel flimsy; the measurements of the gates were not true to the drawing they supplied, the gates were smaller, causing issues with installation.
I didn’t get an immediate answer but left a message and got a prompt call back - nothing wrong with that.
Enquirys answered quickly giving me confidence.
It's such a shame I'm left feeling negative about the company because my initial view was so positive.

We had a custom size made, using the honeycomb pattern.
Beautiful Corten screen now in place in my garden replacing a very tired (& boring) old wooden trellis - looks gorgeous with clematis growing up it.
I received good advice over the phone regarding measuring and the best fixing method.
Wish there was an option to attach a picture because the rust / orange of the corten steel against my black fence, and green plants looks devine.
It’s a shame that this firm let down their excellent product with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered an ornamental gate which arrived on time, and in perfect condition as the packaging was phenomenal.
Not too difficult to fit to the matching posts.
They even talked me down from a more expensive thicker steel option which was not necessary, they were right.
Very helpful waited a little longer for the panels I had ordered but I can see why, that would be,the company do such a good job on the work that I seen in there unit, ready for delivery they have many orders to produce and forward on. which says a lot for the outstanding work they do !

My bespoke screen between two rooms looks great and when I had a problem with postage then the problem was quickly resolved.
The gate looks amazing and really stands out.
Not only are my corten steel trellis panels gorgeous, but the team accommodated my questions and request for a later delivery date, to coincide with having access to my property.
Even when I was being impatient and chased up shipping, I received a lovely, polite and helpful reply.
There is an extensive choice of designs and sizes, meaning you can use the screens in various points around your property.
Technical drawings sent and revised quickly.
They did email me to inform me of delays and even promised a complimentary piece of wall art by way of an apology, but that never materialised.
The gate arrived when expected and fitting was extremely simple.
Contacted the company and it was sorted within hours with follow up to ensure we were satisfied.
I needed a custom width side gate as rendering the house had reduced the gap between the house and the wall.
Started off well with a call to go through the specs but then it went downhill pretty quickly - ignored calls and emails, missed deadlines, dropped promises and a wrong item delivered.
The process is pretty straight forward.
Initially, communication was good, However, once order placed issues started.
The gate looks brilliant now in place.
It casts great shadows and has enabled use to turn a drab area into a very nice courtyard between the house and garage.
Did promise to rectify the latter with blanking plates but sent the wrong thing again.
We are just finishing a major refurbishment on our property and were looking for something special to finish off the newly rendered walls.
Sellers were helpful, responding patiently to all my enquiries and goods arrived within promised timescale.
