I have found the best groomer for my Cockerpoo Bruno.
Friendly, caring staff and a really wonderful before and after look for the girls.
My dog is so anxious and she has taken so much time with him I think he’s fallen in love with her.
they didnt apologies for doing it and they blamed him for moving about to much and thats why the had caught him this would not have happened if they had him in the correct equipment.
For almost the last 10 years she has been dealt with by Sarah and Tommy who are just naturals, i see them with my dog and with others and the service is top notch.
Not sure when the smallest cavalier became classed as a medium sized dog.
I have never purchased a medium size coat, jumper whatever, it would swamp him but no - he’s definitely a medium.
This was Bruce’s first big boy cut and it was a good experience for him, going for several pup cuts before has allowed him to get used to the environment and the ladies and he seems to be relaxed and ready for a nap by the time he gets home.
The girl that holds the dog is really good with the dog and he trusts her. The charge was £10.
I watched one groomer hugging and comforting my dog while the other clipped his nails and he was so well behaved.
On my last appointment I was informed the price would be going up to £20 because it takes two people to do the job one to hold the dog one to clip.
Very pleased with the groomers themselves - clearly very used to dogs of all types, personalities and quirks.

The staff were amazing, they were so gentle and calming, as he was initially quite nervous.
Glad shes had a good first experience, and looking forward to taking her back for more grooms in the future.
Just booked ours in for his groom - apparently they normally have 1hr 20 allocated but he takes 1. 5 hrs so that adds an extra £5 on - total £60!
Groom Room Newton Mearns is amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful and my dog is just so relaxed.
The groomers were so good.
His tail hasn’t been touched, his groin is twice as long as the rest of him and his back and shoulders are a mix of short with fluffy patches.
Tom the groomer was excellent, he put me and my dog yo-yo at ease straight away, I’d explained that yo-yo is a nervous dog and hates the hairdryer so Tom had used the low setting and yo-yo ended up falling asleep as he was so relaxed.

I have been taking my Jack russell to scunthorpe groom room for three years to have its claws cut roughly about once a month.
I changed groomer to Didcot a few months ago and am SO happy that I did.
She gets nervous when having her nails clipped and at previous groomers has nearly slipped off the table.
A godsend as all the independent groomers near me were booked up for months.
Noodles went for her first puppy groom, and has come home extra soft and shiney with very tidy paws.

Ok so I took my little shih zhu to be clipped at stratton groom room pets at home about 3 weeks ago.
Nice friendly staff, explained exactly what they were planjing to do, made noodles comfortable enough that she was asleep, hanging out with a member of the team when i picked her up.

We took our 6 month old border collie for his first puppy groom.
To be fair we love the whole place, WONDERFUL STAFF and its always so welcoming and friendly there. it's a half an hour drive for us and we pass a fair few groomers to get there, they're not the cheapest but the service is absolutely 5* and its so worth it to see my dogs jumping with excitement when they see Jourdan!!!
