This has been a recurring issue for several months now but seems to have gotten much worse.
The sign up process was easy and I was guided the whole way by Callum.
Even when they had to call a ‘flat roof’ team in from Brighton (I live in Kent), they arrived within 2 hours and completed the installation.
Communication throughout been clear concise and regular.
Spoke with Kay, with regards to finding out a bit more information before committing.
Called them in January, they opened a support ticket, asked me to provide some screenshots, and I haven't heard back from them since.
I can say that Chris from 4th Utility was honest and friendly.
Very friendly, very professional, and answered all questions I had, whilst also explaining things more clearly for me to understand.
They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and were clean and tidy.
Erratic speed. Often sits unobtainable.
They said they'd reach out to me but they've completely ghosted me.
Order placed 5 days ago, and jnstalled today.
Telephone rep was very helpful and explained everything clearly.
A good and focused presentation does matter, and I decided to order one of the options!
Engineer Taylor arrived on time, was polite and efficient, clean and tidy.

Everything went smoothly and on time, no issues or worries, all my questions were answered and the installation was clean and professional.

I called there support department who agreed to give me a static IP address and 2 days later this hasn't been actioned.
Slight trepidation as I was not sure how the service would be as my Virgin was faultless and reliable.
Thank you to Kye from the installation team who even took the time to call me afterwards to make sure everything was working.
The installation took about an hour which was alot faster than the 2 to 3 hrs I was told.
Installation date set for next week (Very quick! ), the only reason I have rated 4 and not 5 is due to installation having not been done yet, so can't rate on the service from that point yet.
The installers were great.
He kept me updated throughout and stayed till I was connected to the Internet.
And he worked out a fantastic deal.
A further call to the technical team resolved this issue and now at peak times I am getting at least around 500-600mbps via the WiFi.
So far I cannot fault the service I have recieved.
Really good service which led me to renewing.
Seems maybe a City fibre issue who provide the only fibre in town and 4th utility the extrenal net comnection.
Was very patient and accommodating for my needs.
But often streaming services dont even work.
I called up and was told it would be done the following day and still nothing! (3days now). 4OD also isn't letting me access some content because of this too.
They were very clean didn't leave any mess and wore shoe covers while in my home.
Even though I chose an awkward . route/place that I wanted router.
Had some initial speed issues as the download speed for the 1gig package was struggling to exceed 100mbps.
