Make out they have issued refunds when they haven't then suspended your account because you argue the fact.
Tops were too small for me and a refund was made promptly.
Shipped within 2 days and got my stuff next day up in Scotland .
A discount code worked fine.
Think this is false advertising and not helping the customers!

This is my personal opinion on my own experience.
Had an issue with 1, emailed customer service and they sent me a pre paid returns email in under an hour.
Special mention to Steph from customer service who went the extra mile and measured a couple of sizes for me.
Placed my order on Sunday night and received my jacket by DPD on Thursday morning.
Top class gear at amazing prices, had so many bargains off them over the years and will continue to use them.
Tried to get help with my situation by 30 minutes phone call 3. 11.
Think they need to check before passing comments.
All fit really well top quality gear at the fraction off the price you would pay anyway else .
Sure they’ll have plenty of custom off me going forward!
The shirt feels and looks great on. Well packaged too.

Excellent fast service and a good price for the Barbour International ouston jacket I ordered.
A prepaid return label would have been the icing on the cake and would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that as returns have to be paid for and it's a bit of a headache writing the return address and having to sellotape it on the package.
I don't normally bother with reviewing but I feel this company deserves some slack tbh.
