I was a victim of the new IT system Telenet rolled out.

In the meanwhile the internet drops away all the time, their sim cards break after just 4 weeks, yet they charge you for a new one.
It has been 2 months and I still don't have internet and the old address still appears on my account. (The technicians keep being sent to my old address). What an absolute joke.
Cheapest network in Belgium €25 for student per month. 300Mbps download and 20Mbps for upload.

I faced for 2 week an Internet issue ,every day we waited the technician to come as they told us from 8 till 6 ,we waited for 4 days !!
Telenet’s motto must be the customer is always wrong.
Not very well at reliability since we encounter a black out in my first month.
I pay almost 100 euro a month for the best and fastest internet that I can get and it still doesn't work ever.
This also means the average data speed is down to 3Mb/s as my phone is now constantly fighting between the 4 devices to connect to.
Whatever they promise you through KLIK do not take it.
When we called them again, they sent a second guy who installed a second range extender.
I have been a loyal customer for 14 years, TV, Internet and phone.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. both of their services base and telenet have been absolute scams.
They don't even tell me that I have that email address or post the bill.

At first, they changed my bill email address without noticing me.
When my father subscrib for telenet in rogier ,they upload a wrong email adress just to fill the file,my father don't have!! his an elderly.
Absolutely useless, I spend more time with customer service than doing business.
