I live in Germany in a big city and this internet is worse than in many "third world" countries.
Then you call support, after enormous waiting times they pretend to do something after which, of course, the internet unstability remains the same.
Unfortunately, there is no other provider in my location and I have to use Germany's biggest internet provider but the weakest one.
I tried calling, but no answer. tried going to the stored, says i have to do it online.
It is currently impossible to contact them in any way.
The worst customer service ever. i do not have enough words for waste of time they make.
Nobody speaks english and they are rude about it and hang up on you of you don’t speak German.
Impossible to reach, technicians that do not show up, customer care that makes you wait for 30 minutes and then laughs in your face. Unprofessional. Terrible.

The biggest IT company in Germany has no English website! Support? No way!
During the entire contract with Telekom, they overcharged my bill then would refuse to refund the overpayment they AUTOMATICALLY debit out of my account.
What the poor man actually tried to address was the potential bandwidth of my DSL line (111881 kbit/s) vs. my contracted speed (22000 kbit/s)—which is completely irrelevant, as the second number simply represents the bandwidth I signed up for.
.. sends contractors to push gullible people into signing contracts instead of sending out offers on paper for people to evaluate on their own time, as any serious company would. when called about it they refuse to let you talk to their superiors. that is probably because they have nothing to hide.
When I cancelled, I had to cancel by a form but it didn’t work so When I left Germany, I had to call internationally JUST to cancel my service but that didn’t work either.
No way to get the service again without punishing waiting time.
And that’s not even the worst—on some days, the connection has been down multiple times for over 20 minutes!
Really bad service and mafia company that kidnaps you by making impossible to finish a contract with them. Useless client service.
Scam, Some people claiming to be this company tricked me into doing paid projects.
They made me wait an entire month, claiming they needed my landlord's approval to proceed with the installation.
Speed is ok but keeps getting interrupted almost daily, at night, in the morning whenever.
Their internet is horrendous!
There were constant random billing charges that were unjustified, they refused to take any off.
