Even though I wasn't satisfied with Tele2's customer service in the first place I was afterward contacted by Tele2 and had a detailed talk about the incident that was the reason for my bad review.

Devices get IP address through DHCP, the led lamps are blinking but the program does not come through.

When I call customer service they are rude & very incompétent to deal with and they hangup on you.

The tele2 TV and radio signal suddenly stopped via LAN cable, although these work through wifi.

The personal at the store tried to full me offering me a “ family packet “ and when I asked if there’s something I had to do they said no everything is fixed and they would manage it.

Do not ever buy their services through door to door sales because you will be told false promises.

They explained that they had a operation disturbance which was not viewed on their website and no information to the costumers about it.
However they have failed to provide me with internet service.
I have a family plan with tele2 with four different users.
She even ended the call at me without proper goodbye, or asking if I had further questions or finding out if she solved my problem or not, I mean, you know the usual customer service procedure.
They have billed me twice for a total of 2 900 kr before the services kicked in.
I don't know why there are so less reviews with all of that are located on that matter here no matter how you will put that ?
Scam Company, The unlimited plan they sell is not unlimited. no information by seller or on the agreement. after signing a 24months agreements 3 days ago the costumer service on phone could not cancel the plan and advised to go to the a store.
