I have a nice advisor, but the process has been incredibly slow, which is problematic because everything else is delayed.
Response times got longer and ended up being up to 2 weeks.
Helped me a lot, truly recommend if you need help taxes and/or other related goverment issues.

I can’t recommend TaxScouts and my advisor Pere Bosch enough!
For example they seemed to think it was very strange that my wife (also a freelancer using TaxScouts) would not be able to say exactly how much work she would get booked for over the next month - which is a very common scenario for many freelancers. - I recieved wrong advice that could have got me in trouble (they told me to charge VAT at the wrong rate).
If you want a stress free, cheap experience, AVOID. they do the bare minimum then blame you for their lack of communication.
They have very poor communication and do the bare minimum and once you're in trouble, they blame you for it and it's too late, you have to pay the fine. Appalling.
He’s been essential in handling both mine and my wife’s autónomo setups, resolving countless small issues with ease and efficiency.
I have to follow up and ask them multiple times to get an answer to basic questions. - The overal attitude of the advisors is often dismissive gives the impression that they don't have much experience helping freelancers.
Responds always and very fast, you will get your own agent to help you, sending your documents to where they are needed.

One time I had to reach out because i wasn't sure where is my advisor at and why they are not responding for message few days which didn't include any holidays, I'm significantly behind on taxes.
Despite registering and submitting my invoice for review, I have yet to pay my taxes in Q1 which is delayed too.
Mario has been incredibly responsive, answering all my (many) questions quickly and clearly.
Caused me problems that I had to solve on my own wit the government because they were not helping me with them.
And overall great responsiveness.
We decided to have the consultation then register him and provide the figures for both our self assessments. All good, yes? No.
I love TaxScouts services and advisory activities for taxation.
After half an hour I contacted the accountant and he came back to say he believed TaxScouts had tried to contact me - NO - to reschedule because he couldn't do a joint consultation.
I didn´t use them much, unfortunately, but these guys are on top of the game.
He then said he wouldn't be working with me as he wasn't experienced in the area I needed to look at and he had asked I be reassigned, saying "I think support reached out a few times to try and contact you". - NO.
The experience was excellent, with extremely qualified professionals who were very quick to resolve any situation related to the subject. I am very satisfied.
No hidden fees, straight and honest.
In my case they told me that i can have 400€ back after my declaration done...
From day one, the support from my advisor Borja Torea has been impeccable.
"In your case, you have never sent in time the documents we need to ensure a positive result". --> this is another absolute lie, I have and yet they couldn't ensure a positive result.
Customer service on the other hand was very responsive and helpful.
