This month i opened a Debit Account with Targo Bank in Neu Isenburg/ Hessen and if i could give 6 stars instead of 5 i would !!.
"Do we deserve to go bankrupt because we have failed to differentiate ourselves from our competition and/or actually deliver ANY of the things we have used as our unique selling proposition?
I wanted to change banks as I was unsatisfied with my previous bank.
I decided to contact them and check the offer, and applied for new loan, following back and forth email and contact them to check status, one of their agents confirmed to me TargoBank rejected my application because I am a Portuguese citizen living in Germany.
The third time they rejected the exchange because it was Not Tuesday and they only do that on Tuesday. What???
If you need an bank account, please stay away from this bank and use other online bank service.
I recently applied for a credit with high hopes of a quick and efficient experience, but alas, I have been left frustrated and disillusioned.
I am a doctor to be and educated and thoroughly learning German.
A month later still waiting for something that suposed to be fast kredit.
Very pleasant team who care and take time and above all i never felt under any kind of pressure.
Never seen anything like it before in my life!
After that,online Banking i can Use too.
Today we have been asked to sent some advertising consent but i dont even have it in documents provided by the bank.
They rejected me ( Antrag auf Kreditkarte ) despite earning 3000 euro netto .
Instill don't have a user bank account with them , just the deposit account.
To open an account online, you waited for 1 month.
Unfortunately, Whos Perfect declared bankruptcy this July and informed me they'd canceled both my order and the associated financing contract with Targobank.
I will make you many problems yet.
I'm hopefully going to make a good customer friendship with them.

I was at Targo Bank at Gesundbrunnen Berlin and the customer service is a top notch and the branch manager is so friendly and open to any inquiry and he will make sure it is fixed and settled. I truly love Targo Bank.
He took my money with promises of sorting out my bank changeover from my previous bank.
You cant even go anywhere else as they are processing your request.
The second time it went ok but it was taxed.
"Do we offer you a different banking experience than any other bank, like we advertise?
I had a lot of kleingeld and first time it went ok.
Last question, would you recommend Targobank to your worst enemy? No.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the credit process at Targo Bank.
I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO GET AN ELECTRIC DEVICE for M***aM****t because I don't understand german, my fiance is not allowed to translate for me, and they have no authorized translator. Shame bank.. by 2022 it is not acceptable if you have problems doing contracts in english! Shame!
I purchased a sofa from Whos Perfect and opted for financing through Targobank.
I immediate said this is ridiculous despite the previous loan I had which I decided to pay in full and escalate the matter vie legal route.
Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht über den Kundensupport, wiederholt muss ich sagen.
I was a store to check financing for a MacBook just to see how it could be and was informed that I could not even try because I don't speak german fluently. - I asked and there is no official part in the process about german level so I wonder if this is even legal. - They say you can't even try if you're not fluent in the language e use the excuse they are a a german company, so I myself as a foreigner living and working here with a blue card, I am not fluent in german yet but I am still "good enough" to work for a german company with a damn german contract signed, I am worthy to pay damn taxes (very high ones) but I am not good enough to use a damn service to even try to apply to a damn financing just to check if it would be a real good deal instead o paying for the damn product in debit.
One of the most important factors when choosing a bank for credit services is the efficiency of their processes.
To close it, they proceed it in 1 second and didn't even ask or contact for the transferring account, if there is any money left in your account or any pending transactions.
They didn't answer how much should I earn .
