Was told we would receive a full refund within 3-5 working days minus £5 admin charge and here we are day 5 and no money .
The booking process was seamless, as was all the transfers/flights and hotel check-in.
I have used Sunshine for all my holidays in last 10 years and have always been pleased with the holiday and their website/customer service team.
Room was cleaned every day, it was spacious with a lovely view, brilliant strong shower, plenty of space to store our stuff.

We had a holiday booked a long while ago and it was cancelled due to COVID, sunshine holidays updated us regularly regarding our refund, and it was paid in good time which gave us confidence to continue booking with them for future holidays. they are also a lot cheaper than most travel agents that we have looked at.
We like the fact that you can pay in installments.
Spoke to someone on the chat who then finally called me, put me on hold to transfer me to the team I needed, after 38 mins on hold the line cut off.
Supposed to be travelling with in April but my flights have been changed.

Sunshine Holidays terrible company to deal with cancelled a holiday 6th February 2025 due to my father being ill in hospital with advanced dementia.

used live chat to contact Sunshine regarding a query on holiday confirmation.
every thing was exactly as planned but the resort description was not clear. i went there expecting sandy beach I was shocked to see the beach front was above the level of water by about 4 meters.
And to top it off, very competitive prices.

Sunshine holidays managed to find me and my stepmum an adults only holiday to Lanzarote, all inclusive for under £500 each for 5 days.
I have since booked another holiday though Sunshine holidays to Rhodes in April.

Hotel was located in walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Called easy jet and they notified this silly company in December yet they haven’t done anything with the information.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, unlike 1 or 2 I've used before, good service, there when needed.
I advise against booking a holiday with this company, they send a message every day that someone will contact them within 24 hours, and they do this for 3 days, and no information about the flight or check-in!
