I had a good experience in Sundet Boulevard Horsens but we decided to try in the local of Copenhagen (Central Station) and first they make a mistake and give my order ✌️ another people that touch the food.

The fries didn’t had any salt, and the restaurant seemed dirty as well, with trash on the floor.
Then I told them that I would like a New one and the woman with bad actittude say i only will change the potatoes.
I can't describe the level of dissapointment and I make sure everyone in my social network knows about this.
Then when we ate the sandwich were dry and can barely see the pieces of chicken.
The food has not started to be prepared at all, other people come to order instead and it is served to them within 5-8 minutes.
And I do not understand, why neither the employees nor the manager wanted to give me another burger or at leaset the meet (the prize was the same! ).
I went to Sunset Boulevard Tuesday 30th 08. 2022 at the Kolding Store center.
Their vegetarian burgers are cooked in the same oil like their meat.
As my girlfriend is allergic to tomatoes, we asked for no tomatoes, the clerk clearly said "no tomatoes", yet the sandwich had tomatoes hidden in it, triggering an allergic reaction.
After arriving to pick up the order, we wait for another 20 minutes.
When I came home and started the eat my burger, I discovered they forgot to add the hereford beef paddy?!?!
It was my Sons Birthday and I went around 1 pm there and asked one of the female employee who worked about a burger. She was very rude.

After a very long wait (huge line with only one cook working IN THE COPENHAGEN TRAIN STATION, probably the busiest restaurant they have), we finally received the burgers.

Absolutely awful experience in the Hjørring Sunset. We used the drive thru.
If you bake something in chicken fat, that is not plant based.
And then litetally trow me my order.
First of all we had to wait approximately 10-12 minutes for one sandwich and a burger, and there was only one person in front of us.
Kids menu is very low key, ketchup is very expensive and the gift was missing. We will not come back.
But I do not understand how it is possible to opt out the meet in the ordre program without realizing it.
I have had pretty good experience in the past at other locations, but this time it was a disaster.

I got a snack burger where there was taken a bite of the beef🤮.
When I complained I was informed that I had ordered a burger without meet.
Since we haven't ate in a very long time, we needed some food, and since I heard about Sunset Boulevard having a vegetarian option, I suggested going there, since my girlfriend is vegan and getting any vegan food is damn near impossible.
The burger I got was completely greased in mayo on the paper wrap as well, which made it very hard to eat in the car without making a mess. Did a child make it?? It was also barely warm.
