I never received log-in info, and it seems like no one is there to get back to me.
You will NOT have that problem with Strato Pay LLC !
Despite the fact that I have been working with them for years, the customer service has been declining.
But now a domain move is stuck and I cannot establish the forwarding again so my site is effectively offline.
Never heard back from them after my order!
Based on this, we ordered the VLAN. 1- We couldn’t reach the gateway STRATO provided. 2- We couldn’t connect our other servers to the VLAN.
Our waiter never pressured or rushed us, but was attentive to ensure that our glasses were topped up when needed and was happy to take photos for us on multiple occasions.
I have never had a problem but on the rare occassion that I need help I have found their service freindly and informed.
In addition, costs are charged for things that are actually not a service at all.
I wanted always to have my own Domain with Good Services and also good Price and this i found by STRATO.
Pricing is great.
We had the tuna, fish, sirloin steak and lamb.
I'm happy with the Service i got from the company.
Strato provides an excellent, professional and well managed service.

It is easy to notice someone have invested a lot of thought into creating this platform.
Tried to reach support via all available phone numbers in many calls and emails but got no reaction so far. I guess a move of a . com domain can take 5 days.
I sent an email to support and they haven’t responded.
Strato, everything but the customer support service are 5 Stars.
I am seriously thinking about leaving, so much so that I have opened an account here to record it and try to change their attitude.

I have been a Strato customer for about 15 years but lately their service and reliability got worse and worse.
When we contacted STRATO support, they told us we needed to purchase a ProNet VLAN subscription for each server, not just one.

Magnificent uninterrupted view of the city, excellent waiter and Norman, the head waiter, genuinely made it a special occasion.

Early last week I had one service call that resolved an issue very quickly - that was good.

The customer services are outstanding, and all emails are answered in a timely manner I would recommend and have Anyone to use Strato Pay LLC !
My Server is sometimes not reachable for days - and opening a ticket takes often several days to get an answer from the service - which then tells me that I should look for a different product because my server is running on an old platform...
