I have never signed up for anything from them, never heard of them until the flood of cold calls me and many others have been getting the last few weeks.
Getting bombarded by phone calls from their call center trying to "advice" on my service provider subscription.
It required several calls to customer service, and both Anthon and Sandra were helpful.
We had a complicated issue arise in connection with our establishing a contract with SST Net.
My number is on the NIX list but they don't seem to give a F about that.
But in the end, it was the exceptional work of Pontus Nielsen that resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction.
He was patient and took the time to understand the root cause of the confusion and he kindly negotiated the terms of our new contract.
