My account page not loading
It does allow me to login in under the LOGIN.GOV but it just says loading for a very long time. Goes no where☹️. I use to login in under the one that says before September of 2021. It would not except my password, that’s why I setup the login in with LOGIN.GOV. At least it let me login in.
Can't get access to my information. Webpage reads as unavailable.
When I log in my payee information is gone I can't see it I was seeing it yesterday which was August 25 2023 now I can't it's only showing my information

Hi...I've been trying to use the online site page for doing the SSI Disability Update report but even though the page says that it's open NOTHING is on my screen. I've run diagnostics on the page & did the other troubleshooting steps but the online form continues to fail to appear. Normally this wouldn't bother me but I didn't receive the letter too long ago even though it states that it was mailed on Feb 10th, 2023. It says that I have to have it in the mail within 30 days but I really am having an issue with getting the form online. I'm concerned that I will be late due to this.. I don't have an issue with filling out the form long hand & sending it off in the mail but I would need a new one due to a pen malfunction. I would appreciate any help that you can provide. When trying to report wages for my son as I am the rep payee, your phone system is telling me there is an issue & I should call my local ssa office. I have always called in his wages and now I can’t this month?!
I am trying to redirect my benefit payment to a different account, but keep getting the message "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Try again later" The problem has been going on for four days
