I recently placed an online order from Sportchek that was fulfilled by the Park Royal location.
They sent me the wrong size.
And simple said come next time.
I ordered a pair of athletic shoes from Sportcheck online.
Three weeks later with no delivery, I phoned the customer service. In summary, after 1. 5hrs on the phone giving out details to three agents, all call were cutoff after being put on hold.
They lack basic customer service.
The fourth time, the agent said that the package labeling was not done correctly and the delivery will not be completed.
No one from Sportchek's end is following up or giving me any update - I'm the one who has to continually raise the issue.
It’s likely a Sportchek employee pocketed the glasses while packing the order.
They have been utilizing a courier service named JoeyCo.
I have only had problems with this specific carrier.
Ordered a pair of sneakers online with the black Friday sales for an Xmas present sent half a ripped up box in a plastic bag looked like someone's returned shoes.

Three separate orders within 8 months and not one phone call from a single driver.
I ordered 3 pairs of shorts online that were on sale and they delivered them to some random location in Burnaby instead of my home address in Vancouver.
I ordered shoes for my daughter for Christmas I received the wrong size so I contacted sport chek, they told me I would have to go to a courier and mail them back and wait for a return, if I still wanted these shoes I would have to go on and purchase a second pair.
I clearly said no when I was asked by the cashier about a donation but they took it anyways. (BTW I have no issues with making donation - I have issues with large companies making a donation on my behalf and then claiming the tax benefit at the expense of their customers. ) When I was given my money back in the form of a gift card, they stole it again when the online site crashed and my order was never processed.
Sportchek needs to improve their shipping and customer service big time.
If you can buy from a store instead of from the online portal... you may or may not see your product even though I paid full price on Sat when on sale online everywhere else!!!!
We went to sportchek Taunton branch, Whitby for the first time and was highly disappointed with the cashier and sales advisor.
Make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store.
Clothing items were dirty, wrinkled and rolled up in a ball.
They took all my personal information including salary and Ontario id on account of giving me 15 percent discount after applying triangle card but after I wasting my 20 min and sharing all the information they said ur card is not approved and when you will get approval u can come back and return the item and avail this 15% discount.
A lot of locations I've been to always seem to be sold out in bigger shoe sizes for women, which can be annoying.
No care or respect for spending money with this company.
Cagla answered all my questions, was very polite and accommodating and had a smile on the whole time.
I called and eventually they refunded without me having to go to store, so they made it right.
Refunds will only occur if the package is returned to the warehouse within 30 days, which is not up to me.
Ordered a pair of boots on Feb 15, still no updates and purolator has not even picked them up from the store in Sudbury On!!!! Not impressed at all.
Whats the point of online shopping when they send crap and want you to go to store for return.
