When complaining the Customer Service of Spartoo they had no clue where the shoe is and regardless I explained the situation multiple times and asked to get me the shoe they just gave back the money and stated again shoe was unsuccessfully delivered/in the shop in deposit.

Second shoe never arrived - the delivery company/spartoo claimed they did not manage to deliver it (we were always at home as we work remotely and they never rang the bell).
Shoes as described, very nice and fitted new balance.
