I have ordered Red Wing Classic Brown Moc Toe boots (Rfznm. 7476641) on 24th of September.
Of course, you need some time to make them comfortable but, after 2 weeks of wearing them (with big socks) they now fit perfectly.
One of the best things about leather insoles is that even when you wear the shoes for hours (I mean over 8-9 hours), your feet or the shoes do not stink.
The unresponaiveness was probably a matter of holidays, however the swapped product without explanation relies at the responsibility of the partner.
