One of their "trusted contractors" Rockfords Removals in Isle of Wight actually pushed me when evicting a tenant.
Service charge is more than double that on a similar flat I own where maintenance and cleaning are visibly done on a regular basis.
The service my daughter offers not only assists the community she lives in but the positive impact she has had on the children she cares for.
Despite their claims of maintaining and improving our living spaces, their work has resulted in more harm than good, with repeated disruptions and unnecessary destruction.
Customer service is none existent.
