OMG this is so easy and nice way of buying a beautiful sofa. went to lakeside got amazing service no pushy at all just helpful and straight talking, within 15 minutes sofa ordered all paperwork completed and sofa delivered next day, yes next day unbelievable I know. excellent delivery really helpful polite and professional delivery men.

Made a trip to the Hertford showroom, was served by Dan who went out of his way to help.
Emailed back same day to say unacceptable date- no reply. 06. 02. 2025 - email recieved saying someone was dealing with my emails! 07. 02. 09. 02. 10. 02. 14. 02. 2025 - email to follow up complaint and chase what was happening with sofa repair. 16. 02. 2025 - attempt to get a response via trust pilot!!
Reported via WhatsApp, advised to complete warranty form on website. Completed same day. 31. 01. 03. 02. 04. 02. 2025 - email recieved saying sofa inspection booked for 10th Feb.
From the moment I arrived to Sofa Club I knew they had the Sofa for me.

Bought some modular pieces from the outlet selection from sofa club, in particular two corner pieces from “the dreamer” range to make up a large two seater sofa, with plans to add to it in the future.
No offer of a sooner date or even communication to check if I was free this day.
