The dentist who has fitted my retainers and provided check ups has been absolutely brilliant.
The pain after a couple of hours of fitting is manageable.
Just had my first online consultation with Rebecca Colverson.
Some of the customer services are helpful (Darcey), others are not (Charlie in particular) and simply don’t listen. I’ve been waiting 2. 5 months and still not signed off on plan.
Every step of the way I had people supporting me, contacting my dentist was easy and appointments were made really quick!
Over all this was a very positive experience and I can't wait to see my daughters finished result and see her confidence grow.
Any new people I meet comment on my teeth and ask if I have ‘turkey teeth’ - and the answer is always ‘absolutely not, smile white Invisalign and whitening did the job’!!
This company is only focussed on sales and I found the online appointment belittling and rude.
The progress in my smile is incredible and even being offered a payment plan which works around me was so helpful.
I had my first set of aligners fitted yesterday and so far so good!
Have gone with another company who are more expensive but much more professional.
Smile White need to improve communication and listen to customers not fob them off.
Seeing my teeth move and starting to take shape kept my confidence growing and the retainers didn’t bother me and was just part of my routine.
I'd definitely recommend.

I was impressed at the beginning but once signed up level of service gone down hill.
Also cannot recommend the whitening enough, after one use you see a huge difference, my teeth are very sensitive anyway but the whitening is so worth it!.
The dentist that Smile White have recommended is excellent.
The retainers themselves are also very comfortable and don't cause any speech issues or hurt your teeth/gums.
After using aligners before and them not working I was a tad apprehensive to try them again, but all smile white staff are so friendly, down to earth and super helpful - I mainly speak to “luke kerelle” which I might add is an absolute pleasure, he deals with any query or concern as soon as I raise them. (Not been that many) just me being a nightmare 😂.
I have finished my Invisalign journey and I am super happy with the results, changed my whole face!
I waited 3 months for my refund until the Financial ombudsman helped me!
But so far I am feeling super confident about my aligner journey!
Always feel I can reach out if I have any questions and Sam Cairns was always prompt in his responses.
Can’t recommend this company enough,from start to finish the communication has been fab.
Their customer service is very hard to get hold of and there’s loads of hidden charges which I wasn’t told about.
The whole experience has been so supportive and informative.
I am so pleased with the results so far and looking forward to the end results!

Lack of communications between Smile White and the dentist and I am having to act as a go and chase to make anything happen.
There was a little hiccup in my aligners being delivered due to a mishap with my surname but Harry was brilliant and even offered me a free goody bag for the delay.
Smile white have also been extremely helpful on the end of the phone/email when required.
But Smile White really helped me by setting up an affordable payment plan that worked with my financial situation.
Recommend smile white to all my friends!
