Neil was clear, enthusiastic and positive all the way through, no mean feat for a three day course!
Our trainer, Laura, was incredibly knowledgeable but most importantly made everyone feel at ease.

For such a short course, the trainers managed to comprehensively experience a wealth of first aid situations.
She explained the course fully and was very willing and capable to answer questions.
