The website for personal page is not working.
There I had to wait for 15 minutes for the ‘concierge’ to serve me and then was given a number and told it would take a further 30 minutes to be served.
I, as a customer, have to chat with their support to check for an update instead of them updating me.
When I was complained to the concierge and asked to see the ‘manager’ Han Ziang, he took about 15 minutes to front up and rudely refused to do anything to help.
Singtel stops me from porting my line from corporate plan back to personal due to an unknown overdue outstanding charges of $340 since back dated from 2012... which i totally have no idea about, and when asked what is this charges all about, they cant give me an answer, all they can say is record are too far back, they cant track anything at all... n without clearing this charges, i cant get back my line to my name or port to other telco... so u expecting me to pay for something unknown for? this is totally ridiculous and bullshit, they are going lose 1 loyal customer over $300...
On arrival in Singapore I bought a SingTel Sim card at the airport and trusting the efficiency of Singapore, did not bother to test it, accepting the assurance of the counter staff.
They told us that they will come at 11am on a saturday.
When they finally gave us the plan that is equivalent to the new customers' (after more than 2 hours on the line).
And after several calls not able to reach the customer contact centre.
Had scheduled my broadband installation on the 27 Dec 9-11am.
I always get the overseas broadband, none the less they try to sneak in 500$ charges for like 1MB usages, and quite often too, happened more than 5 times now.
Sim arrived, not working. contact support, waited so long just to chat.
The service agent handling recontracts can't even handle simple account related questions when asked as part of the recontract issues.
Also the customer service on the lucky plaza outlet were really helpful.

Last Dec, my Singtel line just got terminated despite making full payment.
Also not willing to help to write an email to escalate. Really rubbish.

Was trying to get their Disney+ plan signed up but nothing got done over their Whatsapp from 8. 50pm to 11pm.
Their hotline service will send OTP, but their either tell you that it will send to an unknown number, or the OTP actually never successfully received. Really waste of time.
Then the real surprise was happened, they gave me 5GB instead of 100 GB.
The sales people give a bunch of promises which Singtel can’t seem to keep.
Tries to scam you at any given chance.
Singtel's internal customer service department is not connected.
Looks like a tatic of not offer any service.
Singtel service is just bad.

Today went to SingTel at bugis junction to sort out some billing occur charges.
I would need a SingPass to acquire a local number (why then list it under “tourist” sim packages).
Impossible to speak to anyone at the non existing customer "service", wasting hours to reach someone to solve this scam.
Rubbish customer service.
Plans seem to favour new customers rather than existing ones.
Today I have contacted the Singtel customer care service about a issue. patiently and solved the problem very quickly.
Then the virtual chat assistant texted me.
At 10+am, I called singtel hotline to check on the status but to my dismay, I was told the installation date was shifted to 28 Dec 3-4pm.
Waste almost an hour to try all possible way, different hotline number, but just waste the time. Singtel is very worst.
