My first purchase through Shopee and never imagine I got a shocking experience when the items arrived I was told by an Indian man who delivered the items that I cannot open the package to check if they are correct items.
They kept on insisting the item delivered based on the photo the courier provided.
The refund procedure or dispute can be frustrating.
I raised requests for the same delivery a few times, each time a different agent responded, and each and every of these agents never bothered to check on the record for past conversation.
I spend thousands setting up a Shopee comparison tool, only to realise. a.
Its requires alot of patience and endurance to get the process through.
But customer money after paid it will going to order.
Also your reviews are f"cking useless and r"tarded seriously some of the customers reviews for a product is not related to the product itself.
I hate this gayass company and hope for their eventual downfall and death.
A terrible experience with Shopee.
But my money refunded after 10 days.
Bought a mobile from shoppee , oppo official store in shoppee mall.
Only after I repeatedly pushed and mentioned reporting this to the police to protect myself did Shopee finally act, arranging for the parcel to be picked up on 13th Jan between 11 AM and 2 PM.
Filed a return/refund and was rejected by shopee.

Appealed and 1 day later got the same answer and recommended to contact seller instead.
I paid him mainly because he was just doing the delivery and any issue of the order will be done by Shopee agent.

When reported the matter to shopee with video and photo, within 4 hours got a canceled reply.
Be sure keep all delivery documents and take plenty of evidence for disputes.
When a request is raised, nothing is done and they marked the enquiry as solved.
I can’t download the app as my Apple Store is in a different country.
They simply send you standard reply templates. 2 weeks later, my orders are nowhere to be located. This kind of service...
