However, my emails have been totally ignored all I am getting on daily basis is bombard me with emails telling me I am running out of time I need to have bloods done and start the programme.

My experience so far as been great, I was so skeptical at first to join, and then there was a bit of a wait for me to be accepted but that was just me being impatient to start, and to be fair I did get two emails saying sorry for the wait and that they were very busy.
Once I was accepted and started the course the injections are easily done and the weekly check ins are great.
It is still early days but so far I am impressed by the level of support.
I was nervous, I have never been great with needles but from the initial button push blood test to the tiny needles that are replaced for each injection, I'm finding this easier and easier.
After the 3rd injection I filled out the refill questionnaire on 11th Feb which says it'll be reviewed in 2 working days.
It was a refreshing experience dealing with SheMed.
I was a bit apprehensive about injecting myself but the needle is so tiny and thin it has not been an issue at all.

I was sceptical in the beginning reading all the reviews, but everything was so easy.
I did not know that I had to do my first check in as well as on boarding so my records show I have used two injections when I have in fact used three - so hope the next pen is sent out in time (have ordered as early).

It said I would receive a call from the clinical team within the next working day which should have been yesterday (Mon 24th Feb) but nobody called.
The blood test kit came very quickly, I sent it back Monday morning and got the results back on Wednesday.
I rated it this way because for the past two weeks I have been emailed SheMed that I can not go ahead with this programme as I have been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, I am trying to get into terms with this.
I was wary of taking drugs, it’s not something I’m comfortable with, but after doing some research and speaking with my doctor I decided to give this a try.

Today is my check in day and should have been my week 5 injection but I haven't received it (thank God because I don't want to feel suicidal again) but I am concerned about the lack of support and follow up.
THEY CANNOT COPE WITH DEMAND, I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MEDICATION FOR OVER 2 WEEKS, THEY TOOK £200 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ANDNEVER SENT MY NEW PEN.
