Only for being entitled to a customer service to support with my query, Sembo charged me DKK 300 (EUR 40-ish) under the name "Service Package", I paid that with 4 days in advance to my flight and Sembo couldn`t pre-book my odd size luggage (while the airline said that only Sembo could do it).
I don't want to got through a whole list of things that I have to answer "Nej" to.
Therefore , DTF settle the payment I had to pay extra in the airport.
