Ive been ordering and selling from Sellpy since it first started many years ago. Great finds.
But some actually might like the shirt or jeans anyway.
Sometimes all look black but anyway thats not alwas what you had in mind when you order.
This happend with a pair of jeans they where better colored than on the picture so its not alway wrong that matters.
Sometimes the color isnt the best guidline.
The selection of items and prices range is huge.
To put things into perspective: after 12 months, we earned just €1. 80 for a good-quality jacket and €0. 60 for a t-shirt.
This th3 best second class 1 I have ever seen in sweden.
The amount is overwhelming, and Sellpy seems to do a good job with its algorithms overall to help a user find things.
I think the photography is pretty good, and make sure I add information about items as that is the bit that they are weakest at - but hey I am happy to add information to help my item match buyer expectations.
Great selection of second hand clothes and shoes and quite accurate descriptions.
I received full refund ( that includes part of the delivery price) for the items that didn't match the description and was more than happy with the other items ( some were better than described).
I’m glad they decided to start selling things under 50kr.
I have made several large orders and everything worked very smooth.
I have bought more than one item that did not say they have fleece inside.

Selling items - I love that I just send all the stuff off and let them work their magic it is just so hassle free - some of the estimations of prices are way off but I adjust them to my consideration of their market value.
To make matters worse, we were asked to pay for additional "selling time" for the unsold items.
I really appreciate that a lot of clothing goes to charity but I would like to see where it goes.
However, it took 6 months (yes, half a year) just for the items to be listed for sale, and even then, they were priced quite low.

All items so far had reliable fotos and descriptions, and were well worth the price.

Circular economy is a total scam. Sellpy a complete SCAM. Total waste of time.
It takes a while from sending to ads being added - so ensure you pack the correct season. I love this method.
I contacted support they did not provide any help only memorized phrases. too expensive and slow delivery.

After another 6 months, only 15 items were sold, but we only received 23% of the earnings, as the rest went to Sellpy (not to charity, but to their own profit).
I placed an order 10 days ago and it hasn’t even been sent yet!
From when I sort my overflowing closet to needing to stock my closet for a good priced quality item that I like, Sellpy's got it.
In my experience Sellpy does not take notice of the wool quality and sweaters that has been washed to warm and have shrunk is often not stated in the description and they also don’t allow returns of these kind of products.
No explanation was given for the return and this was sent for recycling.
I made about 5 orders from sellpy (each time about 5-10 items; mostly toddler clothes and accessories, baby accessories, and some women/pregnancy clothing).
