The products are great ( i own a TITAN EVO and the delivery n assembly was great n quick) no complains there but the assembly team for desk is bad. paid and even gave a note that i owned a dog , took a day off to clean my room and packed my room for the my new magnus pro xl desk , product was delivered technican came into my room and the other had an allergic reaction to dogs ( even though i said i had a dog in the notes) .
Secretlab support was excellent to work with and honored their warranty without issue.
This desk has been nothing short of phenomenal.

The chair is undoubtedly high quality, and the customer service is excellent, something that’s becoming increasingly rare when it comes to after sales support.
Installed it on 2/25 and haven’t had any issues.
In the last 5 years I’ve had only 2 issues, both were cosmetic defects from normal wear and tear.
After buying mid priced chairs on amazon every 2 years for almost a decade- I decided to bite the bullet and get myself one of these.
I had to reach out because my hydraulic piece stopped working and was leaking oil.
still no shipping details, I ordered a monitor arm 25th of February, express shipping, secret labs decided todo there stocktake from the 26th to the 2nd of march, which isn't my issue. the online chat is the most useless thing I have had to use, staff don't know shit and are no help at all absolutely useless people who refuse to help. ive made a complaint to the ACCC and with Consumer Affairs.
My seat base had an issue and I claimed warranty without all the usual back and forth you get with companies who are desperate not to honour their warranty.
I had one problem with the back rest's zipper as it was open a bit with no way to close it by yourself, but I submitted a ticket and they sent me a new back rest a week later, so that's 10/10 customer support!
They provided timely updates and checked I was satisfied with the solution once the part was received.
Surprisingly smooth support experience with Secretlab support.
Quality is indeed way above other "gaming chairs", you'll feel that immediately.
Used to love the product, but both armrest tops on my chair failed in under 5 years and they don't offer parts anymore for that and so I have to purchase whole new armrests.
The whole experience was a great example of customer service.
Once I submitted this information, it was less than 24 hours that the replacement part was sent to me along with shipping information and a tracking number.
I also love secret labs since they have an amazing warranty system.
However the chair is generating a lot of static and it has caused my monitors to turn on and off and their customer service skills are absolutely zero, Not interested in hearing about it, just simply blaming me.

I bought a Titan Evo chair and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase!
Once my problem was identified the SecretLab Support Technician opened a ticket and sent it to the section where my issue would be addressed.
I went online to ask if I could add on to my chair that I purchased recently.
I also ordered the MAGRGB XL light strip, and that gave me an issue after about 11 months of use.
Aly recontacted me within the half hour with answers to why I had not received confirmation.
I was asked to send pictures of the chair and of the damage so that the proper part could be sent.
I bought into the marketing and suffered through a year before getting a proper office chair.
Also worth noting, the static build up was so profound that it caused my gaming monitor to flicker if my chair got close to it (check TikTok and YouTube for videos) also resulting in said monitor failing, when i approached secretlab for feedback they again said it’s nothing to do with us.
No way to justify these costing more than 2-300 USD for the “highest” end model.
Great customer service too to answer a quick question.
The Support Technician assisted me with locating my order number; locating the proper code to identify my chair; and then assisted with identifying the proper part I needed.
The reschedule date was 8 days away so im now left with an unassembled desk and no where to game.
