No phone number, viber, telegram, nothing. How to contact?
I was pleased to be able to pick up the goods not far from home, as there was a branch outlet nearby.
I dont understand how payment was verified as it must be fone on my mobile with fingerprints.
When I went to the website to leave a review, there was no contact form.
Support always explains everything clearly.
Somebody used my card and stolen 10000 CZK from my bank account when purchasing eletronic from Rozetka.
And get this: when asked where I can leave a review/ suggestion for the service, the operator told me I could type it in the chat and they will send it to the relevant department.
And you better need ukrainian som card and set it in the telegram.
Now its 5/6 nova poshta is closed and they didnt send.
Still waiting on the return call.
I decided to issue a refund.
I never had any problems with this company, they have very good and wide range of products and all fine overall, I am not sure who is posting bad reviews, they always sent everything in time and that was it no matter what. Nova poshta - as well.
I contacted them via chat again, and that's where they told me the order needed to be over 500 UAH for the promo to apply and gave me a link to the conditions.
In the end I ordered the product from another tried and true service which doesn't use false advertising to make you get their app, has a customer service number and offers free next day delivery, by the way. So there.
If you buy something in Ukraine - Rozetka. ua is an unreliable partner.

I ordered a product using a gift certificate.

I agree with the opinions of others and once again emphasize: the service and attitude towards customers is below average.
Rozetka should collaborate with Nova Poshta and make the delivery free.
I've been a customer maybe for 15 years.
I have accompanied him to the door of "Rozetka" and thought security at the door will take him over and request assistance for limited sight customer over the radio to the appropriate colleague's.
My bank (and police soon) is investigating.
When we talked with the delivery people they accused us of stealing the item and not wanting to pay for it.
A great resource for finding everything; I ordered both drinks and electronics at the same time.
When customer service was called they stated that they would return the call after they investigated the issue.
Not trastful here at all.
I have not had experience with a service center and cannot rate it.
The chat operator told me the promo could only be applied to one of my selected products, which was sold by ROZETKA itself and it needed to exceed 100 UAH.
I made the order 7 days ago and no one confirmed it to me.
Other than that, it’s a wonderful resource, very user-friendly.
I order goods not the first year.
