After Czech Republic had opened borders for Germans and some other nationals a little bit earlier than most in EU did, I was looking for a good hotel in Prague.
I had to mail them several times, no phone support was given.
The benefits we received were very good and exceeded the guaranties of Virtuosoe because they had direct connections to the hotel.
Booked already multiple times via this platform and every time it was a very smooth process, the service is excellent and everything worked out nicely at the hotels!!
