To achieve this they get your money from Card 20 days in advance, and so in case you have the default Auto renewal enabled you are done...

The free domains that they advertise are not real, when "registering" a domain it needs to have an account, but when doing that, those 0 dollars magically change to 36 dollars or some quantity that IS NOT FREE, and I can't delete the account that I made because I don't find anywhere the option.

when i bought my domain i thought the service was great, they offerd different domain names like . com . it . net. . info . blog etc etc even for free, or a very little cost... , BUT ATTENTION. before the 1 year that the contract expires of the domain, make sure if you bought a domaine that you didnt active, BECAUSE they have a default set up with AUTOMATIC payments. they sent me on 24/12 christmas, a reminder... that on 30/12 the automatic payment will be done, even though my domaine expire on 19/01 so nearly 1 month ahead, STRANGELY During christmas, WHEN NOT EVERYONE IS CHECKING,, ON 31/12 I REALIZED, AND CALLED TO GET A REFUND,,,impossible, even though that my website will expire on 19/01. i will bring this further with my lawyer, cause this is not a way of dealing with a customer.

bulshit company with bulshit customer support, very rude and result nothing.
A simple registratio of a domain took 2 weeks and still nothing.
Il vs referente ha risposto rapidamente ed efficacemente.
Posto il quesito all'assistenza di Register, ho avuto velocemente e con chiarezza la risposta che mi ha consentito di risolvere velocemente il problema avuto.
