The vinyl arrived in great condition.
Opted for them because they offered a good price for the Synchronicity box set.
Select Next day delivery, pay for item.
Emailed them for an update 2 days ago and no response.
The LP arrived on the official release date, which I had been told would happen.

As the release date approached (I was on holiday), I received a postage confirmation email from Recordstore informing me that the order would be posted to my address!?
Recordstore, it claims, couldn’t find the change of address confirmation – despite this information being in the same communication thread?
Very good store and very convenient prices for EU customers because even though is a UK webstore, prices are in euro.
As an international music fan, I have often struggled to find vinyls from my favourite artists, as most of them were only distributed in the US.
Though there was a shipping delay of my purchase (Miki Berenyi's signed "Fingers Crossed" book), I received updates of when the book would be shipped.
I will order from this store again.

Similar to many others - ordered items that the website said were in stock (in fact 4 items in stock at the time, and still shows that 2 items are in stock at the time of writing).
Very happy with the service so have pre-ordered another box set from them.

Decided to chase up having had no updates after a week and managed to get through a rather unhelpful person named Zachary Green, who informed me that the items were not in stock and that they had no idea when the items were going to be received from their supplier.
Ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Monday which was superb and a nice surprise.
I'm happy to amend this review if they resolve my issue but so far my experience with this company has been appalling.
I received an email confirmation of my order and an estimated delivery date.
