I have struggled to figure out how to compile my flat rate scheme VAT payments on this, however as it is free, I can’t complain.
Fully recommended, how they provide it FOC is beyond me.

I would happily pay for it though because I do find it a really good product.
I use it for a small business with few transactions so was attracted to quickfile being free up to a certain amount of transactions.
I sincerely hope the developers will fix this in time.
I have found QuickFile to be simple to use and can see at a glance where we are financially.
Had used quick books for 20 years not vat reg don't employ people, was very expensive so switched a year ago to quickfile does every thing I need for about 10% of the cost .
This saves me so much time as it's easy to use and gives me the peace of mind that all my data is ready to share with the HMRC when the time comes.
I think that even if you don’t have much bookkeeping/accounting background that it makes sense pretty quickly.
Made invoicing and vat returns easy, you can keep track of your accounts, so many great features.
Bank feeds are great way to keep track of money and a quick check daily for less than 5 mins keeps you up to date.
QuickFiles free version is useful for doing basic accounts and VAT submissions to HMRC.
Customers have even complimented the invoices I send out!
This is the best piece of free accounting software I've come across, and I've tested a few in my time!
Does everything for you, what a great system!
I use quite a few different accounting softwares and quickfile is definitely very easy to use and intuitive.
You can tell when a customer has viewed an invoice, so no more I didn't get the invoice.
My main criticism is that you cannot future date transactions which I find very frustrating as most other (but more expensive) accounting products allow you to do.
Have felt no pressure to go onto the paid version and we still have full functionality on the free.
Quickfile is a cost effective and easy to use Accounting tool.
Quickfile is a robust enough tool for the fees they charge!
We have used the free version for a year now and couldn't be happier.
QuickFile is very easy to use at a reasonable price per year!
The software meets my needs perfectly and is free so what's not to like?
