One time I got a faulty unit, which showed its problems only some months later, but that wasn't Proshop's fault, and I got a replacement directly from manufacturer, so the one I got from Proshop was a genuine unit.
Navigating the online shop, picking the products and paying for them was easy.
I cancelled my renewal and the antivirus software company deducted a large amount from my account.
It turns out, it was more 4-5 days before it even reached the warehouse, plus a few more before getting delivered.
