By far the best multi host website i have used and i have used many.
I submitted a ticket and all the support I got was "Try again" Well just great!
the download limit is not real.
Come on guys I placed a ticket a week ago and am still waiting for a reply.
But the final straw was the the last few days when I entered any Rapidgator link I was told I had made too many Rapidgator requests and to try later, and got this message over and over again!
In fact one of the cheapest out there.
I don't know whether this sudden change from good site to bad site has anything to do with the addition of a link to download to the cloud on the download page, but my problems with the site began around that time.
For example, you can't download more than 1GB of files on Nitroflare per day, and 2GB of files on ddl. to per day.
Some do not work on a given day.
For instance, Rapidgator is always indicated as available (green) but it never works.
I like this site and it lets me download many files at once. Keep up the work, guys!
Very bad service.
I bought a one-month premium subscription because they have Icerbox and a couple of other file hosts that most multihosters don't have, and because they're relatively cheap. I wish I hadn't.
That's the level of customer support for paying premium members!
The only consistent hoster of all the hosters I use regularly that works is Rapidgator, which unfortunately, sites are using less and less as a hoster.
Don't waste your money on this website.
Most of the file host is always down.
Don't you want customers???
And as far as maintenance, all they tell me is that the site is good at their end.
Only reason i am not giving 5 star is the lack of plugin and some of the fileshost sites have a very small amount of allocated space compared to other multihost providers. But all in all. these guys are fantastic.
1 - The status of their hosts is often incorrect.
The service is constantly changing the amount of Gb to download from the hosts.
I have been a premium member for a long time but the last few months have seen download limits cut to ridiculously low percentages and frequently I can't get a download link at all.
Other hosts sometimes don’t work either, despite their status being shown as available. 2 - Their ticketing system is unresponsive.
It was good until I ran out of time, now I can't even login to renew so I registered again and tried to login but was denied "name or password error".
It's virtually impossible to download any file over 3 gigs in size, and the download limits for many of the file hosts are ridiculously small.
There are some downtimes on some of the hosts, which is understandable, however this is quickly rectified. Very good price.
But over the last couple of months, I haven't been able to get FileJoker or Depositfiles to work on their downloader.
I opened a ticket but never received a response.
It offers no free user experience,it`s just for paid members.
Some day i can not download at all.
And don't get me started about all the rigmarole you have to go through just to download a torrent file--if they actually let you download the whole thing, that is.
