I've had a positive experience with Postbank's online services.
After that i must pay for they sending post to wrong adress i call them and again confirm my adress.
My poor old mum waited for half an hour in their (dis)service hotline only to be put on hold again for another half hour without them helping her in any way, shape or form.
Credits by this bank you can forget even small one cause they doesnt have resources i heard they close people accounts without reason if they doesnt have good sum on account.

This is a tremendous downside for a bank because when you need support with your money, you need it fast and precise, and they have none of those characteristics.
The people working there should be replaced with efficient staff.
Their staff look like frightened rabbits who avoid giving any straight answers.

Money transfer to Postbank went quickly and smoothly.
The advantage they used to have was that in Germany they do offer to open an account even before you have a residency, but I would suggest you to avoid them anyway.
I opened a life insurance and the counselor told me you get annual interest and whenever I want my money back after 15 months, I would get whole of the money.
They didn't transfer the money what i pay to another facturas and didn't inform me that they have fall system and at the end i pay lawyers cords ... from 18eur now i need to pay 174eur !
I think this is actually not a bank, it's a punishment: unfriendly and incompetent where one of the two would be bad enough.
