Went in to order multiple pizza's for a birthday party.
Travelled over an hour to the restaurant only to find it shut down.
Zubair helped us with the ordering and gave us our x4 large pizza in record time compared with other outlets.
Order from Domino’s instead - rarely have a bad experience with them.
Pizza was inedible, completely saturated in excess oil to the point where the base was sodden.
Pizza Hut, call it a day, you’re just awful.
What a waste of money and so disappointing for a birthday “treat”. Total joke.
No chicken and no vegetables on the so called bbq chicken.
Pizza Hut do better, all these 1 star reviews and you’re not even going to acknowledge the customers, you could really do with closing down, dominoes Isle of Wight all the way, better pizza, better prices, better toppings.
Messy tables not cleared, a total rip off and never again.
Apparently they had cooked it and left it sitting there for the driver who was late hence won’t be using them again.
Has got to be literally the worse service I have every experienced in England, such an arrogant and ignorant attitude in a company. since covid came about many have risen to the challange at disconecting from the public and ignoring them but most thankfully fell short through fear of loosing too much business but not this arrogant company. even though I really like their product I have now stopped using them just out of principle because of their crappy lack service, responsibility and stinking attitude, an hour and a half to deliver a pizza and the worst kind of useless nasty little parasite delivering it can't get a worse service if you tried. they don't deserve to be in business their that bad they won't even answer their phone any time of day because they know its a complaint!
I ordered a barbecue base with chicken and vegetables and got something that looks like it came out of a super lmarkets basis range and it cost me £24. 99 for that pizza and a vegetable sizzler.

He asked people what they would like on buffet when more pizzas needing going in (out of ones they offer on buffet) and lots of cheesy garlic bread (my wifes favourite! ). Lovely chap and place.

You are driving customers away, do you not understand that? Apparently not!
Worse still when I complained to HQ was told they called you and you never collected so no refund.
I tied to ask why they were shut and just told pizza is ready now and had been for almost an hour.
Don’t waste your money on Pizza Hut delivery - nearly always crap based on the rare chances I give it a try, as my family’s experience in-restaurant have been pretty good.
I feel we should boycott them out of principle because their that arrogant and ignorant they just don't deserve our custom or to be in businesss full stop no matter how nice the food its never that good to put up with their crap.
App said collect by 13:45 arrives at store 13:43 and the store was shut.

Made a complaint to customer care to receive a response basically fobbing me off.

My pizza was an hour and half and had to be binned when it came.
Love pizza hut pizzas but why do they advertise everywhere that first order with the app there's a free pizza. my wife and I both downloaded the app the offer is just not there and yet the adverts are everywhere.

I can’t be bothered to complain as you can’t contact anyone directly.
Had to wait 40 mins to order, another 40 for the pizza, pizza was disgusting, as was the service, salad bar near empty, staff couldn’t wait to get rid of you, asked if we wanted the bill and we were still eating!
While we were eating I saw the Manager throw 8 almost full pizzas into the bin from the buffet….
This has happened second time and when reported the Asian chap was extremely unhelpful.
There were hardly any toppings on the pizza.
Twice I have ordered from Pizza Hut clacton.
Last time I’ll ever order anything from here again.
Should really consider integrating in a live status feed so that I know not to waste my time entering card details if EVERY payment system you utilise crashes in the evening.
