I would also like to mention the good after-sales service... we broke a window when (our fault) and we were able to get a new one for a very good price at a good time.

The builders did a very good job and left the site very tidy.

The assembly instructions can be more detailed.
The barn we bought and got installed by pineca some three years ago, showed some defects where the walls were no longer straight.
Very good quality, reasonable price and absolutely great service.
One big package was missed, it was delivered two weeks later after it was found in the factory.
The sales department was very good.
Only the mentioned problems with the instruction was a litte bit confusing.
The wood came much earlier than expected, the quality of the wood was totally okay.
We were very happy with the team that assembled the house as they worked very hard to build up the house from scratch to completion in just two days.
Customer Service is very welcoming, our wishes are taken seriously and solved within hours.
Some steps are missing not clear how to assemble particular parts. The support is great.
I want to share my very positive experience with buying our house.
