I cannot check out when ordering repeat medication. When you try checking out it just takes you to medication. And from there you just go round and round.
Can't place an order, "sorry, an error has occurred processing your order" error message
I have deleted and reinstalled this app , also rebooted my phone and I can still not place an order for my medication. The original app perfectly since just having updated to your latest version it no longer works. All I keep getting is this report below. Makes getting my medication really easy.
This system for ordering my prescription from my GP and then having it pop through my letterbox a few days later works perfectly for me.
The service is very helpful particularly for older people who may not be able to get out to their doctor surgery for repeat prescriptions.
My prescription should supply medication that is not supplied in containers I can't open with my arthritis.
I’m absolutely delighted with the service I receive from Pharmacy2U.
Fast delivery, good communications and I like that they check the order with me, when my ordering pattern isn't quite right, i. e. too early.
They send reminders when I should need to order more medication too which makes the process so simple, you simply reply ‘yes’ to their text and they figure out the rest!

So I sent an email, but apparently that was for their shop only and I should refer to their support pages.
I started using Pharmacy2U after an injury and unable to go out, I found them so reliable and efficient that I stayed after I was able to walk again and recommend to family and friends.
There is some delay now as we have to order through the GP on their website and not direct to Pharmacy2U but this is OK if we think ahead.
I order for three people and this keeps me informed of when each medication will arrive and I like the regular updates.
It is so easy to use, just a quick phone call or go on-line. What could be easier.
It takes time, but as a socially awkward person I prefer it than going to the pharmacy myself.
The service from Pharmacy2U had been excellent, however my last prescription was not as expected so I needed to contact them.
Goes to P2U a day after GP approves, out for delivery 2/3 days later and only on Royal Mail 48hr delivery so can be a week before you actually get it.
Much quicker than have to queue up at the pharmacy.
Great at answering telephone, should you have any queries.
