Peabody response was to tell me call their customer service number which i did and eas left waiting for half an hour before my call was answered oh and by the way nobody knew who Amy is/was.
Peabody also sold the flat I had to give up and sold it for nearly half a million pounds.
If you have literally any alternative to interacting with this company choose the other option.
A saga that’s been ongoing for nearly 6 months, our chain is being held up by peabodys total incompetence and general disregard for its residents.
Peabody gave me zero support.

Due to this we are terribly suffering from very bad impact of noise and overcrowding issues in front of our house and from the inside of the property.
Losing the will to live and now the buyer is threatening to pull out due to the lengthy process, all of which has been because PEABODY just IGNORE EVERYONE.
They have caused me to seek therapy and pushed me to consider suicide in dealing with them.
Our buyer is close to pulling out which would mean a total collapse in our chain, losing our new home in the process and the thousands of pounds we have spent on solicitors fees and surveys etc.
I hope, should I need another repair it would be she to attend.

This organisation is total cancer, interacting with them is honestly the worst experience of my life.
Do not bother trying to purchase a property with them.
Do consider, as a company policy, to tell people that something would be done in 3 months and then do it quicker, rather than the other way around.
There is one item remaining from this original complaint that I will pick up directly with my complaints officer.
It took THREE MONTHS to do what Peabody promised to do in one month.
Very unproffessional, Peabody left tenants with no care.

Expect months and months of chasing to resolve the minor of issues.
No formal communication, no email correspondence replies, each phone call chasing an update is met with a different answer to the previous day, depending on who you speak to and that’s after being on hold for hours.
These continuous delays on every step of the flat purchase has caused me stress and spending additional money.
Again I am coming to report the endless complaints I have given about our Neighbours who were subletting and because I am giving them first hand information and supporting evidence of proof of the subletting.
Late repairs for overly expensive “fixes” to problems that most of the time seem to only make things worse.
In 2023 I gave peabody 1 stars because of the mess catalyst clowns left and peabody being new were delayed in getting things done to fix the disrepair in my home due to most probably their own backlog.
Also, as I am actively seeking a new landlord i joined Home swapper to help me do so and i have just been informed by HW that my landlord has refused to pay my joining fee.
I bet the tenant on Amhurst Road E8 is still making the neighbours lives hell with her loud soul music and amateur singing.
Peabody have tortured for years especially these unqualified and racist personnel.
They refuse to implement simple fixes without significant delays.
The plumber, Shaista Chaudhri went far and beyond to complete the work.
