Ordered for birthday, delivery date of 7th March 2025. Nothing. No update.
I ordered balloons for a special birthday celebration, expecting them to arrive in perfect condition.
I ordered two items to be delivered with a next day delivery charge.
Paid via PayPal and have disputed the case since I have now read that refunding through the company may never happen or either extremely delayed.
Ordered my daughter’s costume on the 1st of March, paid for express delivery (£6. 95) Date for delivery: 4th of March. 2 days before I needed it. Fabulous I thought!

No communication since the World Book Day delayed email.
I ordered a two costumes, I paid extra to have one delivered in two days.
I ordered balloons with express delivery for my partners 50th birthday, and my order was cancelled the day before delivery was due.
Ordered Balloons for an 80th Birthday, they only arrived the day after they were supposed too and late in the afternoon, could not track the delivery with the link they sent, emailed about this and they never responded, then got email from another company called AMSCAN which I thought was a scam but was actually to do with the delivery which was now too late as balloons were needed as part of decoration for small party on the date I specified for delivery, emailed another two times as no contact telephone number, still no reply !!
Since I needed it for his school celebration on March 5th, I immediately emailed them to cancel my order and request a refund if they couldn’t guarantee the original delivery date.
I’ve emailed severally requesting a refund or item posted to me and have had no response.
I have emailed multiple times to request a refund and have had no response from customer services.
Lo and behold, after sending the email asking to cancel the order, I almost immediately get a dispatched notice.
I’ve emailed three times since Saturday with no response as there is no tel number to contact them on.
Can not block the spam in case the company actually respond to my request, on the promised failed delivery date, to cancel and refund.
Now useless if it does appear.
On the 3rd, I receive an email saying that it is unlikely I will receive it by world book day (6th), I still had time to cancel and purchase elsewhere if I need to!
It seems they are affiliated with a company called gingerray. co. uk (who also have appalling reviews with similar issues) as the packaging is not partydelights branded, but gingerray. co. uk. Overall, AVOID!
To make things even worse, I tried contacting customer service, but I got **no response at all**—no email replies, no phone support, absolutely nothing.
Ordered an outfit for a child’s fancy dress, item arrived of poor quality, completely fell apart after one wear.
I ordered a costume and paid for next day delivery as I needed it for world book day.
Unreliable, and will never order from them again.
I really wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before ordering because it’s clear I’m not the only one who has experienced this. **Terrible quality and even worse customer service. ** Do yourself a favour and order from a more reliable company!
Bought a helium canister for my husbands 60th birthday and my daughters 30th birthday as we were going to centre parcs for the weekend.
This date passed, and I emailed them telling them I wish to cancel the order.
Now charging me to send it back. There not even bother.
Instead, I received **half-deflated balloons**, and the main birthday balloon was **torn and completely unusable**!
They asked me to return item and provided free returns label. 3 weeks later and they still haven’t received item and are refusing to provide me with a refund despite me providing evidence that I posted it.
I received an email to say it wouldn't arrive on time, I responded asking if this was both costumes (including the one I had paid extra for), no response.......
Luckily I was able to reorder from a more reliable company.
What it looks like, from these reviews, that it will eventually be sent, too late, and the added inconvenience to return and no doubt argue about the £2. 50 return charge for the non existent service and late delivery.
Went to use the canister and it wouldn’t work as there was a fault on the valve.. totally wasted over £20 as can’t be used.
I ordered a costume for my son's World Book Day event and paid for faster delivery to ensure it arrived on time.
Shocking company... no phone number to ring.
I then received an email a few days later saying that the parcel would not arrive by world book day and I could cancel my order by emailing customer services.
I had bought lots of balloons some big number ones and others.
Zero response to complaint. Advise avoid company.
I emailed them again the following day and receive an automated response, a team member will be in touch within 2 days. Nothing.
