No internet connection today Sunday Nov 5, 2023.
No service. Resetting does nothing. Customer service is a complete failure/no show. I'm going to switch to someone else if this persists. I've been waiting for a response from help via chat 30 minutes now...brliiamt.
Internet has been down since the morning. Tried unplugging bunch of times, in the Toronto North York area.
There is no internet line, DS lamp is blinking since last night. I rebooted all but still. I want to check the issue comes from your side or not.
Internet has been down for the last 8 days during the day and only comes back around 8 pm or later
They are insisting on 'verifying my identity' through ridiculous means (sending PINs that expire in 10 minutes) but you don't get notification when this secret code is being sent so if you have a life (or in my case a dying husband) you don't see the message until it's too late. Try complaining.... good luck! No empathy.
I signed up for a gigabit connection and they give me a router that has one LAN port and outputs wifi at 150-200 megabit speeds max.
They have the worst customer service ever and have drove me insane.
Was down and needed to restart and deal with connection problems for months.

Connection was constantly going down, contacted support to tell them something is wrong and they insist it's the line...
Customer service is terrible! It used to be good! Now it’s not!
i wanted to go with a provider with no contract so oxio seemed like a good choice but it was not. don't let their marketing fool you. they took so long to ship the kit, meanwhile they activated my connection which means they started charging me when i haven't even received the router. turns out they didn't have connection in my area which is a relatively newly developed community. they charged me for service that i never received and they won't refund me. they said they don't refund regardless of no usage.
Sometimes they don’t respond which will create many challenges!
Oxio provides the best top notch customer service. Responsive. No hassles. Slick customer portal. I am a total fan.
And i see myself using Oxio for a long time.
We lost connection all the time today alone 4 time.
They accidentally canceled our wifi shortly after we set it up and it has been over a week and we still do not have our wifi back up yet.
So find a better provider if you can!
The speeds are exactly as advertised, and it hasn’t even been down in the 7-8 months of being with them.
Long story short I'm trying to get Oxio to cancel my account because I have not been able to get connected to their service. Simple... yes? No!!
Oxio sends a 'Rogers' technician to connect my service and he decides that there is a problem with the building because it's new construction.
And they have the worst customer service, especially jayden he intentionally made answering the most basic of questions as painful as he or she possibly could.
So if you enjoy headaches and need something to stress you out give oxio a try.
The technician arrived on time and did his job well.
I am really impressed with this company and super happy about not being a customer of Telus or Shaw/Rogers!
I am a very happy customer.
They sent out a tech that really wasn’t needed but he checked the signal and verified all was good for the signal. Took 5 minutes.
Im supposed to send the equipment back now and there was the postal strike so i couldnt. now i tried to re activate my account and they said send your equipment back by jan 10 or we will charge you and lock them. i was trying to get my service reconnected and my bill is paid in pull just i moved so the service wasnt on at the moment.
All they do on the chat is asking you to reset .
They just took $48 out of my account while I am having to pay to use my phone data to message them on email since they have no phone number.
Not worth it, too bad because it’s cheap but I guess also cheap in service.
They always blame the provider and say they will ask for a technician but it take up to a week and we still lose connection.
Delivery of equipment took a bit longer than expected but it was the end of Xmas / New Years holiday season and bad weather affected travel and postal strike just ended.
First of all they told me I would be receiving my equipment from 3 to 5 days. It took 2 months.
Too late, I've already contacted another company!
After initial troubles getting the correct wire into my unit (we had a bell line but needed a Cogeco one), the service has been great without disruption.
If you need a reliable Internet service, stay away from them.
Then I got an email that 51. 45 was taken out of my account by them.
The price is a bonus for the service that I am getting and I am very happy.
Oh and reliable internet.

these guy are rediculous. first off if you miss a bill they can disconnect you in a min but if you pay it in full it takes weeks to get your service back on.
I wasn't at home when the equipment arrived as I was in the hospital and I thought it was a scam as I didnt receive anything from then for a month b4 I was in hospital.
I have been using this service for 1 year now and everything has been super and I would recommend it to everyone.
