Wanted to get the new Strive 12GW bindings to go on them but they hadn't been released yet.
But OutdoorXL as retailer did not send the leaky synmat to Exped - after some emails OutdoorXL just did not respond anymore.
Genuine product, bindings fitted to my specifications.
Great quality and service when I realized I ordered the wrong size.
I have furthermore asked for return labels and guess what… they do not reply on my emails.
I bought an gregory baltoro pro 95 liters backpack with this company.
Ordered Friday night, outdoodXL set bindings and packed them Saturday, and skis left NL Monday, I got them mid-day Wednesday in MD!
Bought a synmat duo for 245 Euro of producer Exped which went leaky after around 15 safe uses.
You never know what UPS will tack on to actually get the item delivered but you won't find out until they try to deliver the item.
Arrived as scheduled, mounting is great, skis are brand new.
Multiple purchases without any issue.
Recently purchased an inflatable canoe from OutdoorXL.
I mean, the internal watersack for a waterblatter is there, the fitting for the hose, on the right shoulder strap is also there....

They are so misleading but once you get to check out, then you realize is just a sham.
Exped does repairs only after submission via the retailer.
The transaction was seamless and Outdoor XL is on point.
I live in CA and it's crazy to think I can order from the Netherlands and they can pull the order and get it to my doorstep quicker than a company from the East Coast.
Pays $860 for a backpack & $60 for shipping only to get a surprise $180 extra charge before UPS would actually delivered.
When I call their customer service phone number they say that they are not available to take calls due to a high number of orders being managed and then they automatically disconnect the call.
It's a total role of the dice and makes the company worthless.
Head e-Titan skis in US were MSRP $1200, or $999 in stores, or gently used ~$899 on ebay.
After much research is done amongst similar products in the price range, I prefer the model offered by OutdoorXL The shipping (to Canada) and tax are not part of the listed price but it added up to be closed to those I can buy locally. The shipping is fast.
I can return but they do not want to pay for the shipping cost even though it was their fault for misadvertising.
I was a bit anxious about ordering from the NL after Brexit but I could see that the price included UK taxes.
If I could give these guys a zero I would.
I got a great deal on 2023 Elan Ripstick 88s with Tyrolia Attack 2 bindings mounted and shipped to Colorado.
Will definitely shop again on orders under local import tax free limit (as this was).
I placed my order on Tuesday and by Friday by brand new skis and bindings were arriving at my door in Texas in great shape. WOW!
This company seems to know what it’s doing with international shipping.
They wanted 2/3 of the price I paid to send it back to them, plus I'd spent extra money on duties I wasn't counting on.
I had my doubts ordering something from NL to UK after Brexit, but this company seems like know what they're doing. Great service, thanks!
I thought they were Canadian as their website is canada. outdoorxl, and i had googled for a Canadian distributor.
Until you add in shipping and the mystery taxes and duties that you'll be charged for the product to enter Canada.
The skis were shipped the same day they were drilled and received 3 days later with all customs requirements for the UK taken care of.
I've purchased a backpack from Outdoor XL for UK delivery.
It could be $200, but who knows, it could be the cost of the item.
Due to wrong shipment, I have asked the company to refund the difference between standard shipment and UPS express, but they do not reply on my emails.
Their sizing system was off, the skates I ordered were too small.
