There were lots of members in my locality.
All done on the chat line. Some were really weird.
I know it sounds harsh but the bitterest truth is better than the sweetest lies.
I did go out to meet 4 who sounded nice.
Very strange when your supposed to have liked each other.
I married the 4th last August !
Has a lot of female profiles with single picture , no info filled out a lot of I’ll tell you later , an age ( maybe accurate , most likely not ) a high percentage of scams , a few of indentured servitude , and any body can say 1 bad , made up complaint about you and you get kicked off , so reverse complaint from scam artist , can get you kicked , when one files a protest you have no idea of reason so don’t know how to make logical rebuttal .
I'm being bombarded with emails of interested suitors, 99% of whom are totally unsuitable. Even people from Europe!
You won't hear anything from those fans of yours. That was just AI. Sites like J4Lsingles. that aren't built up on membership fees, are more reliable.
No control over geographic area. So pointless.
As for Ourtime, they are only busy with ripping money out of poor 50+ year old suckers, who believe that a 20-year-old girl can fall for them.
No contact help whatsoever.
You cannot search other than radius and age, what an absolute waste of money.
So many fake profiles, who send you a"like" and then are removerd by the moderators.
Not happy with the opaque details of their pricing and cancellation policy.
Overall, I would recommend Ourtime as a postive dating app experience.
Absolute con!
The possible duplicity is that both of you would need to pay the subscription to actually communicate..... you can sends 100's of likes and they may be able to view your profile, but it wont go anywhere (and just look at the distance of the majority of your views).... ..... then to top it off (and you're labeled as a payer) you're lured back in....
Maybe a button for a wink,etc.
I signed up for Ourtime and received a number of 'likes' from various ladies and made a point of filtering them out. How far away? Likes and dislikes? Preferences?
What is the point of this website?!
Loads of good looking single men in your home town when you sign up for free, to access any of them you need to subscribe and then weirdly all these men suddenly live 100+ miles away.
Also, the calibre of folks on there leaves an awful lot to be desired.
Their website only tells you how to stop the renewing of the contract but I am concerned that I will have to cancel my credit card in order to make sure they don't renew me for another 6 months.
Generic answers that just fob you off and tell you the same pointless crap everytime.
I'm not interested in dating people more than 7 miles away...
Once you’ve had a look and want to join your faced with options discounted the longer you subscribe for!
I'm coming to my last couple of weeks and I'm off this circus ride .
The reply rate is high on MyUkrLady.
I had 30+ views within 10 hrs of the subscription ending.
I'm more than satisfied with it.
What’s put me off is the fact when I first joined I had two mutual likes so obviously meaning we liked each other, However when I messaged them one said sorry your not my type and the other didn’t bother answering.
I tried ourtime for a couple of months and found that there should be at least one more button to press as a MAYBE or COME BACK TO as going through some suggestions don't immediately prompt a like +/or wanting to start a conversation.
Of course it suits OurTime to allow this devious situation to continue.
There are definitely plenty of better ideas of what to do with your money than wasting it on OT scammers.
BUT; the majority of the profiles are not active, they belong to people who have ceased their membership but inadvertently left their profiles on display.
Don't bother swiping profiles and sending messages since most likely nobody will reply.
OT is a company busy with fooling people: enticing them into getting a membership for a week or a month and then renewing that membership automatically for a year at an increased fee.
They mostly have real people which does not entirely exclude occasional scammers but at least it's not a general trend like on Our Time.
The website and app are unavailable most of the time so you can not access your account - very thankfully I have not paid anything yet and certainly won't now.
