I ordered a black jacket ZARA , what arrived was nothing like the pictures on the Web site.
Took a long while to arrive (as was coming from China) and was a very cheap product.
Wasted money sending it back to their Chinese address but tracking says it is held at Customs …. now being blocked on emails and telephone response is blocking !!!
This jacket wasn’t ZARA looks like from Primark!
Please stop this company from trading, innocent people are looking at what looks like a decent company, ordering what looks like a decent item, only to receive disgraceful products.
Unfortunately my parcel has just been returned to me as there was an issue at the Netherlands customs as Original Fashion didn’t pick up the parcel. Waste of money and time.
Company address on website is Amsterdam, but return address is China, and you have to pay for it!!!

Disaster …should have read the reviews before ordering a Christmas sweater early December which arrived after Christmas and of poor quality !!
Wish I had done some research before spending £120.. after getting no contact from seller I proceeded to claim back through PayPal.. the case was open and the seller offered a partial refund I declined.
They are now ignoring all my emails to return items.
However, the order arrived just in time for Christmas.
Sizing is 3 size smaller than standard UK/European sizing and they make return/refund impossible, it false and decieving advertising.
False promises worst customer service experience ever.
PayPal then close my case in favour of the seller.
I agreed to get the 20% refund but I never got it: customer service keeps answering, in very bad English, that I need to send the clothes back... absolutely useless. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
All products line are poor quality fakes.
If you need to improve your company you should read the reviews of the people who got caught to you!
I contacted my bank in the end and they have refunded me the cost of the item bought, as Original Fashion's return policy on their website states an address in the EU, not China!
Do not waste your money. Quality appalling.

Lovely chunky cardigan ordered in XL for my husband, came as a normal cable knit cardigan, massive. hoke in the collar where it has not been stitched together properly!!!
Spend 60£ what is worth maybe 25 Enquiring about returning received an email with a link that didn't work. .
Appalling company, claim to be based in UK and Netherland, however everything is operated fron China.
I tried to raised through PayPal bit they closed case as I did receive the items, but raising with them again, now that the return has failed.
We are still waiting for the refund of £49. 99 for the jumper (poor quality) we returned the next day!
They are not replying to my complaint either, please no one else buy off them they don't deserve to be in business if they can't keep standard business protocol.
Or you can have a 20% refund without returning item, by the looks of the other reviews, I won't get a refund either way!!!

Same as all the other reviews - my dress I ordered was cheap, flimsy and so poorly made it was astonishing.
A month later, I'm still awaiting my refund and the company don't reply to my emails. AVOID!
I just wish I'd seen these reviews before I wasted all that money.
I have had the same experience as others, although foolishly ordered multiple items so have lost over £300.
Fortunately Pay Pal refunded the amount paid.
Cheap, counterfeit goods, sold at inflated prices.
I then decided to return the item to the Netherlands address.
