The technician called me to do installation of my fibre.
Purchased a 300DH roaming pass from Orange to use in France for internet and calls.
Few hours later he called me to cancel the installation for no reason + he was rude and unprofessional.
Very bad service and terrible connection.
What kind of business management does not have various forms of contact with other teams?!
If there's an antonym to the word speed, it would be perfect to describe Orange.

These unprofessional practices have led us to change our service provider for our entire team, as we are looking for a more professional and customer-respecting service.
I took a holiday to be at home.
When I visited their office, they claimed there's no reimbursement for such issues. and that it happens quite often The staff even suggested buying a new pass, going to France, and testing it again, which is an impractical solution.
After one month, i found out that my call and text balance went to ZERO.
Orange works decently most of the day providing ~5 mbps instead of agreed 12, but during the evenings it goes below 1mbps almost every time.
Knowing that I have a subscription of 199 dirhams (80G /8 Mbs). the Internet throughput does not exceed 1mbs (2. 7 kbs)...
I called the support center, the worst as they do not provide any help.
Their customer service is terrible.
Fiber optics line works as expected and provides the promised bandwidth.
The optical fiber is never stable, the call center is as useless as it can get.
Orange is very bad with costumer service, they use fraud technics on their contracts to manipulate people and their internet speed is very bad (64kbs) 1. 3mb/s max and they have an absolute bad budget and never try to engage in quality improvement investment.
I went today to asl for some infos in orange store Tanger sahat al madina khetna li kant tema wasn't helpful at alll typically told me to burn out my SIM card or throw it away because she couldn't find solution to my situation that iam 100/ in the right in ! 0 clients service !
One of the staff members tried to assist but was blocked by a system error, which stated that the current eSIM is a prepaid digital card.
I asked the customer service to investigate the case more than 10 days and still nothing happen .
I urge Orange to address these unauthorized charges and ensure no further unauthorized changes are made to my account.
The worst internet provider I have ever encountered in my whole adult life.
I been with them for 5 years now and because i live in Europe my family always complaining but they never stopped it, but i will stop this stupid WiFi. 200 MAD is not unlimited, you only got 80Gb and when you use it the WiFi will slow down crazy.
THEY DON'T USE THEIR SERVERS FOR GENERAL STUFF DO THEY? so stop pinging some random server that the website automatically gives you and you're just like "Oooh I have 30 megabytes per second wow it was worth it" WRONG, litteraly scammers, they need to get the hell out of my country or, go to court.

The failure to provide a clear contract allows for the addition of unjustified charges without prior notice.
People have to sue this company cuz it does not keep its promises, i also found that they break through people's privacy when surfing the internet or calling your friend.
Customer service answers the calls, but without solutions to the problems, the relevant departments do not inspect the networks. Everything is lousy.
