First time ever booked with On The Beach and I sure am glad I took the chance and went ahead and tried them.

I always book with on the beach.
I paid for a room upgrade when I booked, adding £36pp, which then disappeared from the final booking despite the payment being included.
From start to finish I can't say a negative thing and will most definitely use them as a first option every chance I possibly can.
The email instructions from OTB were far from clear, it assumed I was using a Apple phone rather than an Android.
Contacted the customer services at on the beach who just said that at their end it did not show up.
Will never used them again as made a nice experience and very negative one.
What can I say except I absolutely love booking through on the beach for my jollies 😎.
You take care of everything and it's easy get to a resort and back to the airport.
She was patient and kind and help so much.
Tried phone nos but no connection.
She also helped with sorting out my seats being together with my husbands.
I also prefer the fact you can book without having to talk to anyone.

We all booked at the same time and there's was fine mine had issue... total panic... lol got on to chat 1st thing and Sam mc sorted everything out so easily... massive thanks to him we can now all relax and wait for October....
I decided to book our holiday and my sister and nephew decided to come as well.
They cancelled my booking saying minimum was 7 days.
I then had to go back into the booking to amend it and pay the £36pp again so ended up paying double.

My issue is that this should be made clear at the time of booking to anyone not eligible.

Monika was really helpful and assisted me with the whole process.
Unable to telephone an agent but had to use the online help desk to eventually sort out the flight, it was very frustrating.
There were other staff that could definitely do with some better training , as due to a misunderstanding I nearly lost the whole holiday.
Able to add on parking/transfers/priority boarding etc all in one place, at same time. Great booking platform!!

Had issue with booking special assistance with easy jet but Olivia D helped me sort everything out.
